I don't see any prices!

In order to see pricing on our website you first have to upload an image, then choose which size you'd like. If you're curious about some of our more common products and pricing, you can download a .pdf with some sample prices here.

What are the recommended image file requirements?

Please send us print ready files, sized correctly (300 ppi at the size you would like the print) flattened and preferably in the Adobe RGB 1998 color space. The file types we allow are JPG, TIFF, PDF, PNG, GIF, BMP, ICO, SVG, EPS, PSD, and WebP, maximum size is 100mb. If you have a larger file or are having trouble, send us an email at service@photofinishus.com, we'd be more than happy to give you a hand!

I cannot select the size I want to print!

The PhotoFinishUS image algorithm presents the optimal size(s) for your photo to ensure a quality finish. If the size you’re looking for isn’t available, it may mean your image isn’t properly sized for the selected substrate. For best results, your image dimensions should match the print size you want at a 300 dpi resolution. How will my order be shipped?

For smaller orders, standard USPS delivery is used.  For most orders, UPS is our primary shipper.  As such, a physical address is needed - a PO Box will unfortunately not suffice. 24x24 and larger Metallichrome, canvas, and Acrylescent™ prints are crated prior to shipping, for maximum protection of your order. An additional fee may be required for the wooden crates.

Can you drop ship my order to my customer?

Yes!  We are happy to ship directly to your customers.  No invoices will be included with the drop shipment.  Additionally, there is a handling fee of $8.00 for all drop shipments; please make sure you identify the complete address of the recipient.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will be notified via email as to the progress of your order.  The first email will be an order confirmation; the second email will be notification your order has shipped; the third notification alerts you of the expected delivery date.

How long does it take to to produce my order?

Standard Printing Production Times:

  • All Paper prints            2-3 days
  • Competition prints            2-4 days
  • Mounting of prints            3-4 days
  • Stretched canvas prints        7-10 days
  • Metallichrome metal prints        5-8 days

Additional Services – Production Times:

  • Digital retouching            2 days
  • Restorations                3-5 days
  • Image groupings            3-5 days
  • Float and double float mount        3 days

Can I private label or add a signature to my images?

Sure you can. Just give us a call and we can direct you as to how it's done. We can keep your signature on file and add it to any image you want. 

Can you rush my order?

Absolutely!  If time and work loads allow, we will not charge additional for rush jobs.  Otherwise, the following charges will apply:

  • 50% additional for ½ the normal production time
  • 80% additional for ¼ the normal production time
